1. Share your location and vehicle details
Call with your postcode or exact location, vehicle registration and a short description of the problem. Mention whether you are at home, at work or safely parked elsewhere.
Tell us about access restrictions, height barriers or limited space around the vehicle.
2. Check your tyre size and options
If you know your tyre size, have it ready. You can usually find it on the tyre sidewall. An example is:
205/55 R16
This is an example, not a recommendation for your vehicle. Load rating, speed rating and other specifications may also matter. If you are unsure, ask for help when you call.
3. Confirm the quote and arrival estimate
Ask for the full price before booking. Confirm the tyre, fitting, callout and any additional charges, plus the current estimated arrival time. Availability depends on coverage, stock and the work needed.
4. Arrange safe access for fitting
Confirm there is a safe, accessible place to work. If your vehicle uses a locking wheel nut key, mention this and have the key available if you have it.
